Shane Degen is a M&A professional and business strategist, specializing in guiding companies through complex transitions, including growth, succession planning, and market repositioning. With expertise in M&A advisory, corporate strategy, and project management, he helps business owners maximize value while ensuring seamless and strategic transitions.

Beginning his career in Aerospace and Electronics Engineering, Shane later expanded his focus to business leadership, founding and managing six companies across three continents in industries such as aerospace, hospitality, production, and technology. His tenure at Boeing Australia Ltd provided deep insight into multinational corporate operations, while his service on three not-for-profit boards reinforced his commitment to business as a driver of meaningful change.
